Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Please note: Our beanies are produced and shipped separately from our apparel. When ordered together, your order may arrive in two separate shipments and separate shipping charges may apply. The applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We currently ship to Germany, Switzerland, and the United States (USA).

Depending on the destination country, our products are manufactured at different production facilities and shipped directly from there.

Shipping Costs

Germany

We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.50 per order.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Switzerland

We charge a flat shipping rate of CHF 8.00 per order.

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

Orders of CHF 150 or more qualify for free shipping.

United States (USA)

Orders for the USA are produced and shipped within the United States.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.50 USD per order.

Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders shipped within the USA are not subject to additional customs or import fees.

Delivery Times

As our products are made to order (print-on-demand), the total delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.

Germany & Switzerland

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days
  • Total delivery time: 4–10 business days

USA

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days
  • Total delivery time: 7–15 business days

Delivery Information

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
  • If items in an order have different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
